About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a stone house in Corsican style (only 2 apartments in total) in a quiet location. It has two spacious furnished terraces that invite you to linger and offer a direct view of the sea and the well-kept, 5000 m2 garden on a hillside. Here you can relax.
The beach Palombaggia is one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica and is right at your feet. Within walking distance you can reach the fine sandy beach in about 15 minutes (partially road). But you also have the opportunity to drive by car to the beach (5 min - mostly paid parking, partly in pine groves and thus shady).
Thanks to an épicerie, reachable within 3 minutes, you can look forward to fresh croissants and fresh baguettes every morning. You will also find everything you need for your daily needs. (usually open from mid-May to mid-September). A larger supermarket is about 10 minutes away by car - even in summer without much traffic.
The delightful village of Porto Vecchio with its boutiques, large supermarkets, its charming harbor and its restaurants can be reached in about 20 minutes (13 km) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house we can recommend.
If you are in the mood to wander, you can quickly reach the mountains and forests of Alta Rocca, the Plateau de cochon or the Col de Bavella. Here you will also find the beautiful freshwater pools of the different rivers.
If you like the adventure, you can spend your time with rafting or canyoning.
Both the area around the house and the beach are very family friendly. The calm Mediterranean Sea and the gentle course of the beach into the water are also the smallest pleasure for the smallest, without the parents having to worry.

extrem grosszügige, sehr gut ausgestattete und architektonisch hochwertige Villa. Viele sehr gut durchdachte Details, traumhaft schöner Garten, unvergleichlicher Blick, wir hatten nie ein besseres Ferienhaus
tolle Strände in der Nähe, Supermarkt zu Fuss erreichbar, keinerlei Kritikpunkte: Einfach alles perfekt

Thank you for sharing this very special place. We loved the experience of staying in this lovely home. The views, grounds and overall layout and architecture are magical. The direct areas around the house are much less developed than others around and it feels very private and untouched.
The walk to the beach can be a little tricky because a good part of it is on the road but you can get to the beach by car quite easily to the free parking area or the many other near by beaches. Air conditioning is mainly in the bedrooms and it got a bit hot at times ( we were there in august) but you can usually get a nice breeze by opening some windows. Overall we loved it and hope we can come back!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa très bien équipée et très spacieuse.
L atout majeur reste son cadre , très au calme avec un joli jardin bien entretenu et surtout sa vue magique sur la plage de palombaggia et la mer que l on voit de tous les endroits de la terrasse et de toutes les parties du grand salon.
La plage est accessible, soit à pieds (compter 15 à 20mn) soit en voiture (compter 5 à 10 mn le temps de trouver une place au parking gratuit donc très encombré)
Nous avons obtenu toutes les informations et les conseils demandés auprès de la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos quelques questions.
