About this house rental
Beautiful single story townhome on the gorgeous 10th hole of the La Quinta Country Club. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, new showers and soaking tub. Five minute walk to the La Quinta Hotel and Resort, and 10 minute bike ride to old Town La Quinta. Three smart TV's and wifi!! ROKU ready. Large kitchen and living area. Great for large family entertaining. Large patio with ceiling dual fans and views of the golf course and mountains. Complex has a large pool and spa. Pool toys available in garage including, two new Marin bikes.

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golf course, sunrise and sunset. Inside, it was great to look out from the bedroom, living area and kitchen to the palm trees, bougainvillea and orange trees. The kitchen was really well equipped and it made it easy to prepare meals. The seating areas and dining room had good looking and comfortable furniture. The bedding and towels were all great. Hosts were fabulous.

Starting with a gorgeous view of the La Quinta Country Club golf course our experience at this Condo only got better. We like to cook at home and the large kitchen had almost everything we needed. The patio BBQ is high quality. The shops and restaurants are only a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. Alfredo made us feel very welcome and addressed a few minor issues quickly. We would definitely rent this gated community condo again.

This property was amazing! It had a great view of the golf course. It was super clean and it was nice and quiet. We had a great stay and love to stay here again!

This place is wonderful! It exceeded our expectations. Great views of the golf course with a putting/chipping green off the backyard patio. Gated community with easy access to the pool. Contemporary theme with amazing bathrooms!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
