About this apartment rental
Hiking, swimming in the sea, a quick refreshment in the pool, this apartment offers in a quiet rural setting. It was furnished with a lot of love and nice details and can be reached with its own access via an outside staircase. The open kitchen has everything for easy cooking on vacation and there is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees on a slope with a wonderful view of the surroundings and the old town of Labin. Here it is ideal to take off everyday life and enjoy relaxation.
On the south-west facing balcony it is very pleasant on hot days and in the evening a phenomenal sunset is fascinating. A round pool provides refreshment and the sun loungers provide the necessary relaxation.
Bike trails and hiking trails on site. Fragrances of sage, thyme and juniper accompany them in nature. E-bikes would be recommended. There are wonderful tours.
German-speaking support on site. The landlord lives on the ground floor

The romantic place Rabac lies in the middle of green nature on the east coast of Istria in the middle between Opatija and Pula.
Nestled between hills and clear sea, Rabac has developed from a small fishing village into a tranquil picturesque coastal town. The history of tourism in Rabac begins in the middle of the 19th Century, but the Croatian resort has retained the idyll of a small village by the sea. Nevertheless, you will find a wide range of restaurants and shops, especially near the harbor.
Boat trips are very popular in Rabac. So you can get a completely new perspective on the rocky, breathtaking beautiful coast of Istria from the water.
The beaches in Rabac is a rocky coast with mostly stone beaches, the pebbles of which constantly cleans the waters of the Adriatic Sea and thus promise clear bathing pleasure. It is not for nothing that the Adriatic Sea is awarded the blue flag, which means the best water quality.
Stone bays and the natural, hilly surroundings of Rabac are a stunning panorama that doubles the beach vacation again.
The small town of Labin is only 2.5 km from Rabac. This is known for its wonderful little old town, which has a lot of sights, such as the old Church of the Nativity.
Labin is the birthplace of Matthias Flacius Illyrius, Martin Luther's companion.
It is a charming mixture of architecture and art historical monuments and still offers many interesting visits.

Diese Ferienunterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Alles in einem absolut hervorragendem Zustand. Zudem wird hier Sauberkeit groß geschrieben.
Auch die Außenanlagen ist prima. Der Pool ist völlig ausreichend zum abkühlen und planschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Meer ist alles in der Nähe und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeberin war bereits vor der Anreise schon sehr hilfsbereit und hat Tipps gegeben. Auch vor Ort war Renate stets eine gute Seele und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen.
Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub ging viel zu schnell zu Ende. Wir kommen aber sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Dank der sehr guten, gastfreundlichen Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Renate, begann der Urlaub bereits schon vor der Abfahrt. Da wir eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung nach Istrien erhalten haben.
Vor Ort angekommen waren wir von der Ferienwohnung absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts (Kühltasche & Kühlakkus, Seife, Spüli, Gewürze, Kinderspielsachen uvm.) Außerdem ist die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, abseits vom Rummel der Stadt. Die nächstgelegenen Städte Rabac oder Labin erreicht man in 10 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto.
Auch trug der zur Verfügung stehende Pool zur guten Urlaubsstimmung bei.

Renate und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich. Sie gaben uns das Gefühl, hier wirklich willkommen zu sein. Vielen Dank dafür.
Das Haus hat ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal, durch seine Lage mitten in der Natur.
Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber, großzügig im Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet.Auf der großen, überdachtenTerasse hält man die Hitze auch gut aus und man kann die Sonnenuntergänge genießen.
