About this apartment rental
Located directly on the idyllic fishing and marina of Cala Bona with wide views over the bay. Completely renovated in 2018 very high quality penthouse apartment of 80 m2 with large private terrace of 80 m2 and sun from the sunrise over the sea directly before the afternoon. Since 2019, the apartment has a license for holiday rentals (ETVPL / 12929) and meets all requirements of the tourism authority! Free parking on large public parking only 50m away.
By elevator one reaches directly into the flat in the 4 floor. Very extensive equipment, nothing is missing! 4 sun loungers, dining table with 6 chairs and lounge corner with sofas for the terrace, awning and electric awning, charcoal grill, air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms (free), wifi, kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric citrus press , Hand blender, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, large Kühlschrnak with freezer drawers. Satellite TV, washing machine, iron / ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Gas central heating (fee 7,00 € / night). Bathroom with large brick rain shower and separate hand shower, vanity with double sink, electric towel dryer.
Both bedrooms darkened with shutters, large fitted wardrobes and desk.
Baby bed and high chair available (fee 25,00 €).
Around the harbor there is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, small supermarkets.
The beaches of Cala Bona are 300-400 meters away. The long beach of Cala Millor is about 2 km away. Other beaches can be found in Port Vell (about 2km) and Costa de los Pinos (3km)

The apartment is everything it claimed it would be with an amazing view. Despite being above restaurants and the marina, it did not suffer from noise at all. The shade on the balcony was great although the wind sensor does result in it closing quite quickly. We understand this is a safety mechanism. Our flight was delayed on arrival but communication with the property manager was very simple and they were very accommodating. No real complaints to talk about in terms of the apartment. On a personal note, we found Cala Bona a little more "touristy" than other Mallorcan destinations that we have visited.

The penthouse apartment was perfect. Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. The outside area is perfect and has areas of shade as well as full sun. The inside is furnished well and feels quite unique arriving by exclusive lift. The location is very nice with a choice of numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk. I couldn’t fault the apartment, everything was perfect.

A great balcony but you have to deal with the smell of the extractor of the restaurant kitchen below.
Dissapointing there was no change of sheets and linen when we stayed 10 nights.
There was only 1 large towel and a very small handtowel pp
we had to wash the linen ourselves although we payed a large rent per night.
The last day we had a problem with the drain under the sink. It was sunday and there was no action and no sorry from the administrator.
The apartment itself is ok but not worth the high price also given the setting of Cala Bona.
