Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, and 2 car garage in Sugarmill Woods, located 15 minutes from The Homosassa River. Minimum Stay is 30 Days.
This house sleeps 6, with master bedroom with king size bed and large walk in closet, with master bath with walk in shower. and guest room with queen size bed, is located on the other side of the house with a full bathroom right next to it.
House features living-room with a pull out sleeper sofa and a family room right off the kitchen, Dining room has seating for 6, located off the Galley kitchen, which has all appliances, and over the stove new microwave. Kitchen has a pass thru window that overlooks gorgeous the Florida room!
Florida room has 46 inch flat screen TV, and a beautiful view of the natural Green Belt. Nice pavered area outside the Florida room, where you can sit and enjoy nature. Washer and Dryer in garage.
NO SMOKING. Obey Deed Restrictions.
Small dogs ok with owner permission. NO CATS.
Cable and WiFi included.
200.00 Dollar per month Cap on Electric.
Available for SCALLOP SEASON! July, August and September.
This is Florida, and the Demand between November and April is pretty high.

Dan Cooper is a wonderful host! The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and he dropped off more items during our stay! Cypress Village in Sugarmill Woods is a very nice and safe neighborhood. We throughly enjoyed our time in Citrus County hiking, kayaking, airboat rides, the list goes on!

Had such a relaxing time in the fabulous sunroom after painting at our new home all day. Tony even had a lift chair! Thanks for being an accommodating host. Wish we had found this place years ago.
