You'll find this unit a great getaway condo for both summer and winter! Unit was painted (2021). Mountainback Condo #57 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a den! It's a corner unit that gets plenty of sunshine, steps away from free shuttle stop. Secured WIFI in the unit. No pets allowed
Maximum Occupancy: Can accommodate up to 7 people!
Bed Arrangement: King bed in Master bedroom, Queen bed in second bedroom and a queen sized futon and a small twin futon in the den.
Unit Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, the dining table seats the whole family with extra seating in the bar area. New lighting in living room, kitchen and den (2021). Washing machine and dryer are also available in the condo! Secured WiFi connection!!
Televisions: Flatscreen TV's in both bedrooms, and living room.
Walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Easy access to free shuttle service, and pool area.
Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.
BBQ grills by the pool area which is near the unit along with the jacuzzi.

Very clean unit, big and roomy. Furniture looked old but comfortable. Would have liked to use balcony but it was filled with firewood. Kitchen was well stocked and organized.

The property location is great, walkable to the Canyon Lodge. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Hot tub was close and easy to use. Parking was easy and indoorsThe property could use some work:-the cleaning products used were intoxicating and gave some a headache. The property smelled strong for days. -the blinds are heavy to operate and one of the blind valences fell on our kiddo during out stay. -the heating is tricky since all heaters have separate controls. -there is no gasket on the fireplace so it produces no heat, just pulls warm air from living area. -the TV remotes didn't control the tv. Overall, we wouldn't stay at this property again because I didnt find it worth the money spent.
