About this house rental
Open layout house with beautiful water views and private heated pool. The house offers lots of space with 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, and extra common space. Perfect for families and family gatherings. There is a kitchen, living room and dining room on each floor. Private location with easy access to all the Hampton's has to offer with the benefit of a short drive from NYC. A small private bay beach within walking distance. Private marina offering chartered fishing trips, paddle board and small boat rental a short walk away. House is fully-equipped. There is a large turf baseball field directly adjacent to property. The house has both a Foosball and air hockey table and is in close proximity to the wine country as well as outlet shopping at Tanger. Pool is open on or about May 15 through October 15th.

Second time our family and friends have stayed here and it is beautuful. Everythung is very clean. The heated pool is great. Close ri hamptons. Would highly recommend.

With the fast communication, food recommendations and accommodations paired with a fully stocked, spacious, clean and beautiful home - you will have a fantastic trip!!! Beautiful House, very well equiped.

Myself, my husband, and two other couples enjoyed 3 nights this past weekend. Our overall experience was perfect, and we are already trying to coordinate a future date to confirm a return to this stunning property. The pictures don’t due the view justice, it is a gorgeous huge water view. Very private neighborhood and many things locally only for a short travel time. From the property, the communication with Tara, the suggested restaurants, and winery it was everything and more. As three couples with our own bedrooms, bathrooms, and multiple living areas and kitchens this was the perfect getaway. As parents, business owners, and simply exhausted from a very challenging year with all the struggles that have come along with covid. This was the perfect property to step away from it all. Very clean, very cozy, and kitchens offered everything you needed. Tara was incredible overall, and truly made you feel welcome in her home. So much so with the extra added touch of a bottle of wine and card. Our stay was the end of April beginning of May, Tara was so kind to have the pool heated and ready for us. We loved her suggestions of Dinner at Dockers, Wölffer Estate Winery, Tony’s Sushi, take out from Rumba, as well as Pierre’s. We are counting down the days until we return.Thank you so much Tara and family, I simply can’t find one negative thing to say.
