Beautiful home with a magic view. House well equipped and the deck is magnificent. If you have young children be aware that the second bedroom is in a seperate section of the house that involves going outside to get to. Estate is amazing with sparkling pools, tennis courts and playground.

Disappointingly, on arrival at Butterfly house, the timber verandah from the carport to the front door had been left very dirty and muddy from boots and not been cleaned. This was rectified the next day by a cleaner, all around the timber decking where required. A hose had also been left running in the front yard for the duration of our 5 day stay and no-one came to attend and fix the problem as it was not fixable by us. The furniture on the front balcony and throughout the main living areas is very soiled and uncomfortable and really looks like it has been bought from the local "op shop" and is definitely passed its use by date. No aircon in the main part of the house (where the 2 of us would be staying) and blinds and dining chairs were very soiled and really, for the price charged, should be replaced.
The house may have won an award in 2015 (probably only because of the unusual roofing), but we are sure it would not now. It is very tired looking and not maintained well.
