Welcome to Salt Sunsets, located in the Salt Precinct of Kingscliff South. Centrally located with a 4min walk to all the dining options Salt has to offer and only 6mins walk to its renowned pristine beaches.
With a huge 50 sqm outdoor entertaining area, which includes, BBQ's, Full size outdoor fridge,65 inch TV and seating for 18, this is build for entertaining.
Entertaining area looks over the 7m x 3.5m in ground pool and sauna.
Inside the house has four large bedrooms, two with King Size Beds and ensuites, two with queen beds and large sliding door access. There's also a media room that can cover to a fifth bedroom.
The 4.5mtr ceiling in the living/kitchen area give it an open feel.

Our extended family had a wonderful holiday in this house. There was ample room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The Bbq, pool and proximity to the beach were definitely stand out features. We will be back!
