About this house rental
3 bedroom, 2 bath home for rent by the MONTH, week or weekend (2 night minimum). 1 bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed , 2 bedrooms are located upstairs, one with two queen beds and the third with one queen bed. Sleeps 8. Internet and Cable TV are provided. The kitchen is furnished. The back deck has a gas grill and overlooks a spacious flat back yard which is bordered by a mountain stream with a fire pit. This is a peaceful site that is 2 miles to Boone city limits, close to Appalachian State University, Regal Cinemas, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Blue Ridge Parkway, grocery stores and great local craft shopping. Wonderful vacation location for all four seasons! Easy access, flat yard and driveway. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We had such a wonderful time at this Boone property! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the host's communication was excellent—she was helpful but also gave us complete privacy. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would not hesitate to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Everyone loved the creek behind the house. The house was conveniently located and well stocked with anything you might need. The accommodations fit our need with plenty of room for all.

Had a wonderful stay in a house that, simply put, just felt like home. Very clean, comfortable, and a kind & responsive owner. We came to visit our son, who is a freshman at App State. Super convenient to the university. Would definitely book here again!
