About this house rental
House of high standard in the condominium facing the beach of Mucugê, has three suites:
two ground floor suites and one master suite with upstairs whirlpool bath, all suites host up to three people and feature one queen and one single bed
It has barbecue with ombrellone in the gourmet area. The condominium is located on the beach of Mucugê facing the sea, and has access to the famous street of Mucugê only 400 meters, has parking, cleaning fee is charged every seven days and one already charged by the site getting more days if hits the difference in the property and the light paid on departure the customer pays only what to consume .Value per suite up to three people!

The property is in a great location next to the beach, loved falling asleep to the the waves crashing nearby.
I am a Super Host myself and my properties are exactly as described. My ratings are 100% 5 Star. I’m writing this review so that future guests are aware of the actual circumstances
That said,
We enjoyed our stay but the listing is misleading.
The beautiful back yard with the ocean in the background is NOT private, it’s a playground for toddlers that like to scream and yell at 7am. There is no private pool unless they mean the fenced in dirty one to the right. The communal pool that’s part of the hotel is very nice and will kept. Kitchen equipment and cookware are very outdated and not the cleanest.
The hot tub/jacuzzi pictured had hair all over the drain and no hot water to it! You had to fill it then run it for 1.5 hrs in order to get it hot! At your expense mind you, as they charge you EXTRA For electricity when checking out!
Our bed sheet was old and thread bare, full of pills which I despise.
The cleaner named Thays was very nice, accommodating, and did a good job with daily maintenance.
The hotel restaurant was very good, however it was difficult to get clear instructions on payment process for the meals.
The price was good, but reflects The condition of the place.
It was not horrible, just no where near as nice as descibed.
