The property is in a convenient location and has dedicated parking services available. 24/7 desk so check-in late at night was easy.
They were willing to provide a pre-packed breakfast for me to leave early for the Plitvice national park.
I have multiple receptionists, and two out of three were quite friendly.
Soap was provided.
The toilet was unflushed on arrival! The decor is quite dated. There is a mild tobacco smell, especially in the hallways.
They take your passport/ID on arrival, and won't return it until check-out.
There isn't a heat pump, so it gets hot in the summer.
