Archer is a classic oceanfront beach cottage, great for a laid back family vacation. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 2 oceanfront decks, and covered parking. The first floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with access to the bedroom and the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for a dinner in with the family! There is bar seating for 4 at the kitchen counter, and a dining room table for 4 near the oceanfront balcony. The living room has a flat screen TV, plenty of seating for the family to relax and watch a movie, and an oceanfront balcony. The balcony has views of Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and the crashing ocean waves.
Upstairs you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms. The washer/dryer is in the hallway between these two bedrooms. The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, large full bathroom, and an oceanfront balcony. This top floor balcony has sweeping oceanfront views, great to unwind in the evening or to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

The vacation rental was clean.

The location of the property was great. The cleanliness of the property needed improvement. The carpet, air intake vents, ceiling fan and comforters all need a thorough cleaning. The bathroom doors need to be replaced. The kitchen utensils were substandard. All that said we had a great week! I would recommend to a friend as long as they knew what they were getting!
