Spacious comfortable and in very good location

Having to get cash and carry it until I handed it over . Saw no reason to do this !

It’s modern design and friendly neighbours and staff. Loved having 3 toilets. Its location is fab.

Kitchen was small

The location was perfect for us, the apartment was spacious with two large en-suite rooms which suited us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured.

It would have been nice to have some toiletries left in the bathrooms as pictured but not an issue at all.

We were very disappointed with quality of towels provided. They were cheap and thin and didnt dry properly after use. We were told we had to pay extra if we wanted extra towels to compensate for the fact the towels took ages to dry as there are no heated towel rails or tumble drier in the apartment. It may seem a trivial complaint but it was irritating to shower each day with damp towels. Given the quality of the furnishings and cost (£2300 for12 days) It wouldn't cost much more for the owner to provide better quality white fluffy towels. It would also help if there was a heated towel rail in the bathrooms especially during the winter months when its not as warm or sunny. It would also be helpful if we could have organised a welcome pack (at a minimum, some tea bags, coffee pods and milk sachets) as we arrived very late on a Sunday when shops were closed and couldnt have a hot drink until the next morning. We also suggest guests take a few dishwasher tabs and a couple for the washing machine if staying more than a few days. There is no tumble drier, but there is a portable drying rack.
