About this apartment rental
This spacious unit has 2 bedrooms (a king size and twins) located on the first floor (2nd level). This level gives a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and blue gulf water for all the living area. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the scenic view balcony through a regular walk-through doors for added safety.
Boardwalk is 1/2 mile east of Hwy 59, placing it in the heart of Gulf Shores, where all the festivals, like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival, are held. Excellent restaurants, shops, and other entertainment are within walking distance. A Surf Style Marketplace conveniently located across the street to purchase groceries and beach supplies.
This unit was renovated in November 2010 with new cabinets, new appliances, and all floors covered in porcelain tile. The unit was totally re-painted in April 2019. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet and Dish Network high-definition televisions.

We have an annual girl's trip with my friends from high school and have chosen to stay here for the 5th year in a row! Love the condo and the location!

Hot water heater was small and the multi breaker tripped when we had two blow dryers going at once but we chalked that up to the age of the building. The cleanliness was a problem. Hair and sand in the corners of the bathroom that had not been cleaned in a long time. The grout and floor of the shower only bathroom was filthy. The whole condo had not been swept, vacuumed or mopped since the last renters. There was sand everywhere. I messaged the owners and they said thank you for the information and they would notify the janitorial
service. I was looking for an apology but that’s ok too. We all know how these condos are hit and miss Sometimes bad, sometimes good and sometimes great. Beach was fun. We always love coming to this area.
