About this apartment rental
This spacious unit has 2 bedrooms (a king size and twins) located on the first floor (2nd level). This level gives a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and blue gulf water for all the living area. Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the scenic view balcony through a regular walk-through doors for added safety.
Boardwalk is 1/2 mile east of Hwy 59, placing it in the heart of Gulf Shores, where all the festivals, like the Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival, are held. Excellent restaurants, shops, and other entertainment are within walking distance. A Surf Style Marketplace conveniently located across the street to purchase groceries and beach supplies.
This unit was renovated in November 2010 with new cabinets, new appliances, and all floors covered in porcelain tile. The unit was totally re-painted in April 2019. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet and Dish Network high-definition televisions.

This isnt a resort type condominium which i enjoyed. It was a relaxed and quiet condo just steps away from beach access with many restaurants and shopping nearby. The owner was very responsive during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our short stay here and cant wait to return.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was right on the beach and close to everything!! Very clean and the property manager was always available if needed. Defintely recommend if you're looking for clean, on the beach, and a great location.

Overall this condo served me and a group of my friends well. The views were gorgeous and the host was responsive. My only complaint is that the room was dirty. The sheets/comforter were not clean. The floor had not been cleaned, and we found hairs on our towels prior to use. Even after taking our shoes off in the kitchen, we had black feet after walking around for a few minutes.
