About this house rental
Welcome to "La Costa Lotta" beach house, where our HAPPY PLACE makes for a perfect vacation! This beautiful coastal getaway lets you enjoy all the comforts and amenities of HOME!
Military, Teachers, First Responders, Hospital Personnel, 65 & older discount. 10% off nightly rate (must be the person who is renting). ID required.
Cargo Lift- Available for an additional $150 per stay. Please ask.

This 3-bedroom 2 bath home has tile floors throughout and an open floor plan that allows interaction between everyone in the kitchen and living room.
The spacious living room has a couch with sleeper sofa, love seat, reclining rocker, Smart TV. NO CABLE.
The beautiful kitchen includes granite counter tops, a large pantry, all stainless-steel appliances, four bar stools, pots, pans, blender, crock pot and many more essentials needed for a wonderful stay. There is also some spices and condiments for our guests to use.
There is a small sitting area in the living room that has a matching chair with ottoman.
Pub table with six chairs.
The master bedroom includes a King size bed, dresser, two nightstands with lamps, Smart TV, guest closet, owners' closet (please respect) and private bath.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, Smart TV, dresser and nightstand with lamp.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, Twin daybed with trundle. Small children on trundle only please. Smart TV, dresser and nightstand with lamp.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the utility/laundry room.
There is NO cable or satellite set up in the house. All TVs are smart TVs. Connect to your YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Roku, Hulu, etc. accounts. Internet and Wi-Fi for guest to use.
The large wrap around deck has plenty of seating for relaxing and enjoying your friends and family while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
Downstairs has plenty of parking, a Sand shower, 2 picnic tables, grill, wagon and sand toys.

A big group of us come to Crystal Beach every July 4th. This year we were accompanied by a new grandbaby and her great grandmother … 4 generations! The house worked out perfectly. My friends also rented the Salty Olive property behind us, and it was so nice. Will definitely rent again!

House is super cute and comfortable! The walk to the beach was perfect! Not too far at all! The only complaint was the RV pads across the street, making it very hard to get our big vehicle into our driveway because of how they were parked. The homeowner was fantastic with communication! The chairs on the upper patio and the washer boards downstairs were a huge hit!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was equipped with everything you need. Homeowner was great as well. The AC and TV's in the house worked well. That is always a big plus.The big boy recliner in the living room was comfortable. However, it is in need of a tune up. Too many big boys might have taken there toll.All in all we give this home and owner the highest rating.
