The facilities like the pool, the jacuzzi and the gym. Nice that there were books and DVD's available too. Nice location with lovely evening walks straight outside the door.
The apartment we had was very nice.
Good location as well, very close to amazing village of Clovelly for example.
It would be too strong to say, "didn't like", but possibly areas for improvement:
- I'm not a big fan of "mixer" showers. However, it was great that there was a bath option too.
- The gym could just do with a slight upgrading of equipment, the addition of a Cross Trainer, for example, would give greater variety.

Absolutely everything. The location and hotel was perfect for us. Food and drink was great, facilities were spot on. Not surprised to have heard another guest saying it was one of many visits they’ve had here. We did experience the hotel at an unusually quiet weekend but this added to the tranquility we needed and given the space and facilities it wouldn’t seem busy if it were full
If I had to dig out of my brain a small negative, it would be the lack of a covered outdoor area to sit as I didn’t spot one, but again that is being super picky!
