Within a couple of miles, you will find golf courses, fine restaurants, shops, cafes and much more! Quick access to the I-17 freeway will make it breeze for you to get to any part of the valley such as, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Lake Pleasant, and the University of Phoenix Stadium (Super Bowl 2015). The property was absolutely amazing! Very spacious and offered lots of adventures. Very close to great hiking trails and other sports activities.

First off, Lee is an incredible Host and was very responsive to all of our questions/needs, however, the property itself is pricey for what it actually is. It’s a 3bdr town home jammed in to a tiny corner lot behind several homes with no yard and no views. The carpets are old and torn, there are several loose staircase railings (notified property owner), and most of the furnishings/appliances are cheap. Also, there was a limited amount of towels for a family of four and they were very old and very used. Pluses were that there is a nice community pool and several parks close by. The “house” was close to our family we were visiting and so suited our needs but it’s very much overpriced for what it actually was.

Overall this was a very nice and clean place. Lee was easy to get in contact with. We were disappointed to not have hot water in the master bath, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
