4 bedroom house in Yarmouth on a main road, short walk to a beautiful pond, great for small children. Good kitchen, pleasant outdoor deck. Major plus is an abundance of toys, games and bicycles. Bedrooms are a bit small but fine for a family. Our host was well organized and responded quickly to texts. Minor annoyance was a long list of checkout requirements that one would expect a 200 cleaning fee to cover.

Overall the house had most everything we could need however a few things stood out. The cooking grids on the grill were filthy. Had to do a deep clean on them before I'd put any food on them to cook. There is no working ice maker/water dispenser. Only ice trays to make your own. Even though there is a sign on the fridge indicating to call Caron if there is a problem with it, yet it clearly is disconnected. The floors upstairs are not level so we had sea legs all the time.

We stayed for a week (family of 4 - 2 children aged 6 and 10) at the beginning of July. Caron was a great host and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had clearly been incredibly thoroughly cleaned, for which we were very grateful. The local pond was beautiful, the nearby beaches were great, and lots of places nearby to entertain everyone. We played a lot of mini-golf, went hiking around the national parks and did a lot of bike riding on the CCRT, which is very close to the house.Would definitely come back, and recommend the house for a family holiday
