Die Lage war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Wochenendausflug braucht.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist für größere Autos nicht möglich, da der Kurvenradius nicht fahrbar ist. Zudem ist der Weg desolat und weist Schlaglöcher auf. Die Wiese vor dem Kellerstöckl war nicht gemäht. Das WC ist draußen. Man musste bei Regen durch die nasse Wiese zum WC. Das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen. Der Zugang zum Kellerstöckl war durch einen Traktor blockiert. Dieser wurde jedoch nach telefonischer Aufforderung an die Vermieterin umgestellt.
