Very clean, modern apartment. Perfect location, port, beach, shops in close vicinity. Powerful air conditioner. Well-equipped kitchen. The parking lot is just beside the flat.
Aggressive pricing policy (paying the whole fee in advance, no possibility to cancel the booking). The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping for an adult person.

The apartment was the cutest I've seen so far, with a lot of details. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all you need and the location is perfect. Being on the first floor was great for my Mom, who has health issues and cannot climb or walk far. Really nice apartment.
Everything really was great, just one thing I would like to mention. During the stay, it looked like someone entered the apartment a couple of times, while my parents (who were staying there) were out. I understand the owners or the agency needs to check on things, perhaps due to having issues with some guests, but it would be good if this is somehow communicated to the people staying there. Nothing was missing, just that it concerned my parents.
