Beautiful, Bright and open 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home located on a dead end street that leads to Deans Pond. Just steps to private Popponesset Beach. Very kid friendly home with many kid friendly comforts. Beautiful back deck with new Polywood dining table and 4 Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower and Webber BBQ. The side deck has pond views with partial ocean views.
Enjoy the open living concept with huge sliding doors leading to the back deck as well as the side deck overlooking the picturesque pond with a small view of the ocean in the background. The living room has a Samsung Smart TV. The bright kitchen, with Stainless Steel gas range and hood, has a skylight and a huge 6 person eat up island as well as a dining area off the kitchen with a Restoration Hardware Dining table.
Walk 5 minutes to the Popular family friendly Popponesset Inn, Marketplace and the Famous Raw Bar. This excellent location is not only steps to the beach but one of the shortest walks to the Popponesset Inn and Marketplace from the Popponesset community. Dance to the bands every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, famous lobster rolls at the raw bar, ice cream shop, pizza shop, general store, coffee shop and many fun boutiques.

Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Steps from the beach, quick walk to the Marketplace with great food options and live music. Nicely furnished home. Wonderful hosts. We would certainly stay here again!

We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the house was nice and spacious. Great location and beach access. Overall it suited our needs and we had a great trip. The cleanliness of the home was a bit disappointing. Lots of cobwebs and dust under the furniture. The kitchen cabinets were very cluttered and unorganized. Would have felt more comfortable if it was a bit more tidy but it was otherwise a good house

Nothing beats this spot and beach for a vacation week. Convenient well laid home that has everything you need to enjoy and relax - highly recommended if you like warm beaches and beautiful views…

We stayed here for a long weekend in September. We were impressed with the property. It had a great open feel to it with plenty of room for five us to spread out. The back deck is large and lovely. There is a walkway with a bridge over the little lake to take you to the beach which really is o Lu 5 minutes away. Sleepy street. Close to some cute shops and restaurants. Would recommend.
