Each bedroom features brand new memory-foam Leesa mattresses and soft high quality linen bedding, perfect for lingering in or getting some much needed peace and quiet. Each bathroom is outfitted with plush, fluffy towels and ample space and amenities for pampering yourself. The home also features a brand new gourmet kitchen perfect for whipping up delicious meals and making memories around the table with friends and family.
This amazing property sits on the quiet and peaceful Y-end of Keuka Lake in the quaint town of Branchport. There is a marina three houses down if you wish to rent a boat and take advantage of the private dock and the various water activities. The home is a ten minute drive to historic Penn Yan, and a fifteen minute drive to the charming and voted “best small town in America” Hammondsport. The closet airport is Rochester International Airport, about an hour drive from the home.

This is our third time staying here, we love it! This year there were new additions for children which was especially nice. A sandbox, children’s utensils, a water table. Made it easier than ever to enjoy another stay!
