About this apartment rental
This four-bedroom condo features a sophisticated design palette, large oceanfront balcony and plenty of upgrades. The bright and airy living room has neutral couches, a flatscreen tv, beautiful red accent chair and a large sliding glass door that leads to your balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and barstool seating and overlooks the large dining table. There are two king suites – one of which has a second entrance to the balcony – and two more bedrooms with two queen-sized beds. Each of the four full bathrooms has granite countertops. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Great unit for large families. Best living room seating capacity in the 4 bed/4 bath configuration. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms and bathrooms as expected.

The property is good except for check in, lights in one bedroom didn’t work and master bedroom shower needed to have a deep cleaning with baseboards outside shower replaced.
Check in was awful....it took over and hour to secure a cart and stand in line for the elevator. The information about the condo stated that check in was 3 o’clock. We got a message saying our condo was ready at 1245 but we were not there yet!
The lamps in bedroom with two beds didn’t work., thus making it a dark room.
The master bedroom shower had black mold and grim around parts of the bottom edge of the shower. Baseboards outside of the shower had grim and rot on them.
The cost of the condo rental exceeds the value.
