About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful garden beach apartment at Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach, nearby El Yunque, Hacienda Carabalí, Luquillo Beach, lots of restaurants and 20 minutes to the airport. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, two bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with two futons, and a dining area. There is room for three adults or two adults and two children . It also includes wi-fi and air conditioning. The common areas include: a basketball court, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The apartment has two private parking lots.

Everything was as advertised. Pleasant stay.

Sonia allowed us an earlier check in. Location was great right on beach. Lots of towels,and supplies. Safe and secure. The bed is definitely NOT a queen. Leftover food in refrigerator. Dining room light didn’t work (needed a light bulb) and they know about it before we checked in.

The location is great but the apartment, not so much. We felt like the owners left right before we got there and left everything behind. The dresser was completely full of bedding so I had to take everything out to put ours away. The fridge was full of "leftovers". We barely had room to put things away. It needed a good cleaning as well. We could not get the TV work, but that wasn't a big deal. The beach is amazing, as was the pool. It is in a good location and close to restaurants and shopping. It just needs to be de-cluttered and cleaned up.
