Located between lake and sea, in the "flower district", this magnificent villa composed of a living room / kitchen of 70 m2, 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are in a separate bungalow, a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach on foot and a few minutes by bike from the "central" and the city center, will allow you to live an unforgettable vacation.
Ideal for 12 travelers (2 large families), the house is also equipped with 2 sofa beds.
Master bedroom: king size bed, air conditioning, fan, adjoining private bathroom.
Ground floor bedroom: queen size bed, air conditioning.
Pool room: queen size bed, sofa bed, air conditioning, direct access to the pool.
Attic bedroom: queen size bed, 2 single beds, air conditioning, ideal for children or adolescents.
Bungalow room: queen size bed, sofa bed, adjoining private bathroom.
Hossegor is the ideal place for a family vacation. Surfing, paddle, golf, walks, ... everyone will find what they want. We have at your disposal in the villa a list of activities and the best restaurants in the region.

This is a fantastic house in a wonderful location. Walking Distance from La Graviere beach which has a nice beach bar and perfect surf Also within walking distance from the lake, and easy cycling distance to the center of Hossegor and other area's. The house itself is lovely. We were two families of four, for which it's perfect, and you can easily fit a few more people in. The elevated balcony gives you a wonderful view over the dunes in the evening. The pool is fantastic. Very quiet neighbourhood, but right in the middle of things. Communication with the owners was perfect, very friendly people. Thanks for everything!
