About this house rental
NEWLY RENOVATED starting in 2025. Updated pics coming soon. Please note that our condo is available for weekend and week day stays Friday through Monday and Monday through Friday only. Weekly rentals are 7 nights Monday through Monday or Friday through Friday only. Some exceptions are allowed based on the length of stay. Reservations include a 10% discount to restaurant. Magnificent golf course overlooking Possum Kingdom Lake is also available. 2 large swimming pools and fitness center located on the property. The condo is 1500 square foot open concept 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake front condo. King bed in master with 2 full size beds in 2nd Bedroom. Both have full size baths. Master bath equipped with garden jetted tub and large separate walk in shower. Extensive balcony overlooking beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake with access from the master bedroom and family room. Fireplace located in family room and master bedroom. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials including dishwasher. Stocked with bath linens. Washer and dryer.
The condos are located at The Ciffs Resort in Graford, TX. It also includes a full service marina with launch, boat and jet ski rentals and short term boat parking.

Beautiful view in a really peaceful place. We love the Cliffs and especially the golf course! We got this place because we were expecting to have our adult son with us but plans changed. It was nice to have the extra room. The place is perfect for a family or two couples. The two fireplaces were used quite a bit because it was colder than normal. I highly recommend this spot!
