About this villa rental
The lower floor has a large living room designed and furnished in a modern style where priority is given to natural light. It has all the amenities: plasma satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning, DVD, CD and direct access to the garden, solarium and pool. Next to the living room, in an integrated way is the kitchen, brimming with light, an impressive space where both its impressive design and its careful equipment stand out: oven, vitro, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils, the plant lower, also has two equipped rooms with a nice central bathroom, all with equipment for babies and children.
The upper floor has two suites. Both have a large space, bathroom, separate shower and AC, the master suite has a large outside terrace and views.

Super nice house, very modern and fresh with lots of space. We loved this vacation, we will for sure rent a house like this one next time we go abroad.
There is a big playground just across the street, you can sit outside and look at your children playing. The area is calm with hardly any traffic. There are many very nice houses in the area, everything is very well taken care of.
You need a rental car to take you to the beach. We visited new places every day, there are so many hidden paradise places on Mallorca.
We just loved this house and Mallorca!

The villa was lovely however it was not child friendly. The picture depicts a railing which is not actually there and there is also not one overlooking the car parking space adjacent to the sofa seating area. I also this telling people about the remoteness of the villa and the need for a car to get you to proper beach area would be more beneficial. Other than that the villa was spot on. Wir haben dort im Juni mit zwei Familien gewohnt und hatten genug Platz.Der Pool ist super bei allen angekommen. Uns gefiel auch die Lage sehr gut. Mitten im Wohngebiet ohne Hotels Drumherum. In die Altstadt von Alcudia waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke wo man morgens Baguette und andere Sachen kaufen kann. Auto ist meiner Meinung aber erforderlich da es zu den großen Stränden zu weit.

Vi var 6 voksne og 3 barn som ferierte i Villa Marisa 2 en uke. Helt fantastisk hus, som stemte helt etter beskrivelsen. Rent og pent, alle fasiliteter, og ungene storkoste seg i bassenget. Savnet noen kroker på badene til å henge opp håndklærne på, noen flere kleshengere, og et par solsenger til.
Mange koselige restauranter i Gamlebyen, og flott med den lille stranden. Dette er et sted som kan anbefales til venner og familie. Vi hadde det veldig fint, og kommer gjerne tilbake.
