About this apartment rental
Imagine being nestled in a key west style unit which is fully furnished turn key just a few minutes walk to pristine Siesta key beach and the hopping Siesta key village. The Surf Shack has its own unique entrance through the driveway and privacy fence. The cottage has just been updated with a new kitchen, granite counter tops, new microwave, vanity, painted inside and out, and a gas grill. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Full kitchen, bath with fiberglass shower, outside hot and cold shower when you come back from the beach There is a mini split air conditioner, stacked washer/dryer .just HULU and ROKU TV and 500/500 wireless internet are available. You can use your own Netflix or Amazon prime to stream everything. SIESTA KEY has FREE TROLLYS THAT RUN FROM THE VILLAGE TO THE SOUTH END OF THE KEY.
Enjoy my private dock to fish, crab, or launch a kayak if you like. At sunset, stroll up to the beach to watch the amazing sunsets every night. Go enjoy oysters and a beer at Siesta Key Oyster Bar. My favorite is the clam chowder at Captain Curt's near the south bridge... it is awesome. There are lots of great restaurants and shops all over the village. They are all just a short walk or quick ride by bike. There is outdoor patio furniture and a gas grill all under a huge oak tree. This is island living at its best. Note. This is such a wonderful place. This is a little studio apartment perfect for two people. Like a 12 minute walk to one of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen. About 3 blocks from the village which is a really cool little town with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Jim is really nice, and he leaves beach chairs, beach umbrella, and an awesome little wheel hand trolly to bring everything to the beach. He even has a Bogg bag to use for the beach. In the apartment is great and it has all the amenities you need pots pans, grill, and all utensils. It was really well stacked and organized. The shack is under a beautiful tree and we ate breakfast out in front every day and saw really cool birds in the tree. The bed is also extremely comfortable. I will definitely be going back great place.

Was hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and nearby all the things Siesta Key has to offer. Jim was an amazingly kind host. I will definitely be back.

Jim is a great host and provides everything you need to ensure your stay is comfortable. The cottage is tucked away in the back of his other property, so lots of privacy. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My husband and I just stayed here for a week. It was a great little place that was just under a 15 minute walk to siesta key beach! The walk to the restaurants was even shorter! We had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again!!
