This place is absolutely amazing, the cabin, the property and the people. We will definitely be back. We stayed for 5 nights in July, 2025 in The Cattleman. Check in and check out was super easy even after hours check in. Wonderful communication with the property owner before hand and property managers during our stay. John and Freya you’re the best! The cabin was immaculately clean and well stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. The AC was super cold which was great. The temps were near 100 every day. There are lots of deer on the property, even some fawns with their spots. We loved watching them play. We fished one day and caught some of the biggest bream I have ever seen. Bass too of course. It was so nice and peaceful that a couple of days, we didn’t even leave the property. We enjoyed our stay very much and may go back in the Fall.

Relaxing! Beautiful cabin and we enjoyed walking around the ponds. Enjoyed getting in the canoe and watching geese with their nest. Heard about a bear but didn’t see him. Cabins really need a second toilet but taking turns works. Enjoyed the small four teird wayerfalls. Great stay and enjoyed the fireplace too.
