It was a wonderful house and layout for our group which was 2 families. We had the kids downstairs and adult upstairs which was idea. The house was clean and well appointed for what you need. Everyone on property was so nice and helpful from the office to the excursion group. We really loved the snorkeling which included the sharks alley and swimming with a manatee.

This was a beautiful spacious home and was perfect for our family gathering. They were always super responsive with any questions we had or helping us to arrange travel. We rented a golf cart through them and they took care of all of the logistics and had it waiting for us upon our arrival. We took a boat back to the airport the morning we left also arranged through them, and that was super convenient. We also appreciated they furnished 5-gallon bottles of water and replaced them when needed. The pool was beautiful and many of us spent time around and in it.

Everything was perfect with the VRBO. Our family of 9 adults had plenty of room. Everything was just as described. They were very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful place but too far from town. For safety reasons & shopping convenience, I didn’t like the location. My husband has no complaints but I had a few concerns since I spent time in the kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen stove required matches to use. I only had one roll of paper towel & one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom to work with (we were a party of 11). The laundry room sink had a leak which flooded the room. The laundry room doors is off & didn’t close properly. The fans in the recreational room didn’t work but was fixed afterwards. Gorgeous view but when walking out to pier, the stench of the orange seaweeds was overwhelming. The property was very clean & well manicured by the awesome landscapers that worked everyday...raking the sand into patterns. Despite the little blemishes, our hostess Makayla, compensated by gifting us these amazing, beautifully-arranged fruit trays.
Would I recommend this place to others? Absolutely!
