About this cottage rental

This lovely cottage is a private waterfront cottage, located on the mainland in Clayton. Beautiful view of the shipping channel. Screened in porch to sit and watch the ships go by. Central air conditioning. Private dock. Two bedrooms have full size beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Sleeps 6 persons . Max 6 persons. Large bathroom. Large yard. Walking distance to downtown Clayton. (1 mile). Rented by the week only. Saturday to Saturday.​ No pets. No parties. No events.

We have stayed here for 3 consecutive years. Wonderful cottage and location. The dock is great for fishing and swimming. Yard is large for our family gathering, games and campfires. We absolutely love this cottage and plan to return. Owner communication is great with easy check in and out.
