Located on the 24th floor with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, The Laguito lagoon and Cartagena's Colonial city center, this condo offers the most trendy and chic space in El Laguito in the heart of Bocagrande, Cartagena's exclusive tourist area. The condo offers the best views of the city and the warm Caribbean breeze. The apartment is composed of two bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms, both offering espectacular vies of the ocean. The living room is very spacious and has a very large window that offers a calm and stunning view of the ocean. The living room leads to the terrace where the ocean breeze can be enjoyed at all times of the day and which offers the most spectacular view of Cartagena's Bay.
The neighborhood offers huge selection of excellent restaurants with a wide variety of music and food for all tastes. There are also bars, casinos and designer shops only a few steps away. The building offers a pool overlooking the lagoon. Hair salons, convenience stores and rent a car are also available within walking distance.
The walled city or 'centro' as locals called it, is only 5 minutes away by taxi

For those who love the beach, the apartment is the perfect place, as it is located right next to one of the most emblematic and diverse beaches in Cartagena: Playa Hollywood, which attracts some of the most beautiful men and women from all over the world.
The living room area is very breezy as the apartment is located high up on the 24th floor. We recommend keeping terrace door and windows open to enjoy the breeze.

Guest have access to the beach across the street and the building swimming pool. Guest also have access to the shops inside the building, as well at the travel agent and the building restaurants.

The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is vibrant, with many restaurants and and shops. Some of the restaurants have live music and are featured in the Michelin guide. The ocean views are spectacular and there are many beaches within walking distance. There is also an island 10 minutes away by boat.
Getting around
Taxi are always available and this is one of the most popular and exclusive areas in Cartagena. Taxis in general are very cheap (US$3). Buses are also accessible for the daring types. The cost about (US$0.75) which you pay to a conductor.
Other Things to Note
The management team can arrange trips to Islas del Rosario and Baru. You can visit Hotel San Agustin, La Isla del Enconto, Bary Sport and many others. There many options and price ranges to chose front. We will be happy to guide and suggest alternatives and past experiences.

The apartment had a lovely view, and was overall perfectly fine.
The only thing was that the pool closes early, at 18:00, and my 14 yr old was not aloud to swim without me present.

Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again!

When we arrived to check-in an hour later, due to flight delay, we were greeted with the cleaning staff still cleaning! They were lovely but they did not finish until an hour later (you heard that right we got there late and they were still cleaning!)
The Wi-Fi was very very limited, which, of course, disrupted our ability to communicate with the owner of the property. This created annoyance and discomfort. Due to the water temperature & pressure being unfavorable we rate this experience a 3 out of 5.
