Our group has been vacationing in lakeside rentals on LAV or BAV for five decades. We had another excellent stay at Todd's rental last week. Its condition is great, and both Todd and his cleaner (Cathy) are responsive and pleasure to communicate with. The porch is especially great. It's shaded so you don't get burned up by the sun (or wet when it rains) and it has two hummingbird feeders that are busy with charismatic hummers. Plus add in watching the bald eagles and osprey soar and occasionally dive for fish makes sitting on the porch a relaxing and magical experience.

Our 8th year here, stayed 2 weeks this time. King size bed was a wonderful surprise and very comfy. The new fridge was nice and big. Todd is a great owner and property manager Cathy was truly helpful with everything. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
