The guest house is a standalone 2 bedroom, one bath with full kitchen and dishwasher, dining area, living room, covered porch, pool (unheated), 100Mg wifi, on acreage in the desert, saguaros, coyotes and lots of wildlife. There is a king in each bedroom, shared bath, non smoking and no pets. Restaurants and grocery, pharmacy and golf are nearby, less then 3 miles. Nighttime city views, mountains, private and plenty of parking, quiet on 5 acre parcel. Access to bike paths at front of property, bikes provided, located at the city limits of Oro Valley.

This was the best VRBO my wife and I have ever rented. Patti and Larry were fantastic hosts. The casita was very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. Pool was AMAZING! Sitting out in the patio in the morning and evening was delightful. I will HIGHLY recommend this casita to all my friends and family. Thank you Patti and Larry for all of your hospitality.

Everything was exactly as described. Lovely casita with all amenities, and a desert backyard with a nice deep pool to stay cool in the summerheat. Surrounding was stunning, has never taken so many pictures in one place :-)Patti & Larry was the best hosts ever.

My adult grandchildren and their significant others spent 5 days at this Casita on 4 1/2 acres. They enjoyed it and came away from Tucson saying the desert is beautiful. That's what I wanted them to learn. This VRBO and the wonderful owner made it possible for my grandchildren to learn what it's like to be in the old Pueblo for just a few precious days.

We enjoyed our two months in this quiet peaceful place. We especially enjoyed sitting on the cool, shaded patio and watching the birds, including doves and we felt so welcome! The casita is quite compact but has everthing you need. We made use of the outdoor grill quite a bit.
