About this house rental
Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, perfect for bike riding and walks. Our saltwater, heated pool means no more red eyes or chlorine-damaged skin & hair. There are 800 sqft. of decking to enjoy grilling, eating, and relaxing!
Our home is intentionally oriented to the south, creating bright, airy spaces throughout. The pool is in the sun all day. The deck is warm and sunny, but at dinner time, you will find it naturally shaded!
Inside, the first level has an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a large island. A cozy seating area and dining table with space for up to 10-12 people, all overlooking the pool and backyard. There is a Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a large shower. The oversized family room has a piano, a large screen TV and a table with chairs for cards and games. Additionally, there is a half bath and laundry room on this floor.
On the second level, there is a Master Suite, with a King Bed, two walk-in closets, a double vanity and an oversized shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a King bed, the other with a queen, and a shared bathroom with spa bathtub, double sink vanity, and separate private shower area.
Additionally, on the second level is a vaulted bonus room. This multi-purpose space has two daybeds with trundles that will sleep up to four people in twin beds. This is also a great room to exercise in, or just hang out, it has a large 60” TV.
Additionally, our semi-finished basement offers a pool table, foosball, and ping pong for entertainment!
We will only consider rentals for family related groups. Minimum 2 week rental per Southampton Town Code.
