Anelisse Inn

Cazare excelentă, confort maxim si gazde minunate. Camera foarte curata cu paturi foarte comfortabile. Proprietarii foarte drăguți, ne-au pus la dispozitie tot ceea ce aveam nevoie. Locația dispune si de un restaurant in care se pot servi diverse feluri de mancare si care acoperă si gusturile celor mai pretențioși oaspeti. Locația se află foarte aproape de intrarea in rezervatie si implicit a traseelor montane de care ne-am bucurat din plin in cele cateva zile in care am stat acolo. Recomand cu mare drag aceasta locatie. Vom reveni cu siguranta !!!

A fost confortabil! Foarte plăcut! Am petrecut 3 zile de odihnă la Pensiunea Anelisse Inn și experiența a fost foarte bună. Pensiunea este curată, bine întreținută și oferă un ambient liniștit, ideal pentru relaxare în familie. Personalul este amabil și atent la nevoile oaspeților, iar condițiile de cazare sunt confortabile. Ne-am simțit bine primiți și ne-am putut odihni cu adevărat. Un mare avantaj este faptul că se află aproape de Parcul Național, ceea ce face locația perfectă pentru plimbări și timp petrecut în natură. Am avut parte și de o iarnă frumoasă, care a completat foarte plăcut atmosfera sejurului.

Unicul lucru, noaptea era foarte cald...

The room itself was reasonably spacious, an extendable armchair adds as the third sleeping place. There were two windows, but the views were not necessary as advertised: the balcony faced a construction site/wood storage and the adiacent property, not organized in any way, while the other window looked out onto the street.

Some of the amenities listed on Booking were simply not available. I understand that we went off season, but even so, you expect to find what is listed, right? In reality, the property offers fewer facilities for the period than advertised. The main 3 amenities that decided our choice: 1. Children’s playground: as advertised, but with one side unfenced and directly next to an active construction site. For families with small children this is clearly unsafe. They promised they will fix till season starts. 2. Breakfast available at the property: completely unavailable, the option they gave is another restaurant in their property 200ish m from the property, but again, not described as so on the platform. 3. Bar: not available/closed because, again we went of season (again, listed as available). These 3 were important to us and we assume for any family with small children because the plan was simple: let the kid play outside, under light supervision while we enjoy the fresh air with a drink nearby (in reality considerably more stressful with bricks and wood planks around), put him to sleep and enjoy a glass of wine at the bar as the adults we are (bar closed and you cant really leave an under 2yo child sleeping unattended and go have drinks 200 m away), wake up and have a pleasant breakfast before leaving. BONUS: no hand soap. There was no real garden/inner courtyard or river view from the room balcony, we know its subjective, but we wont consider it as long as we have to bend over to see any. Nothing you can call a desk in the room and no minibar (had to go kms to buy what we needed). At least a bottle of water would have been nice. Overall, low on the gimmicks that makes you wanna go back and the listing on Booking is misleading, regardless of season/offseason excuse. So, many if not all of the facilities that influenced our decision to book were either missing or not usable. Why not try to offer the best experience you can every time?
