A park like setting home sitting on 1.25 acre and 10,500sq feet of live-able space, this home is walking distance to the ocean, with 10 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms and 2 showers. This home features a full size granite commercial kitchen, living room, dining room and a bar/ dining room that can hold 30 people.
A game room with arcade games, pinball machine, a pool table and a home like theater with a 50 inch LED.
Outdoors fun with a secluded back deck with a Weber grill and fire pit. More fun in the sun with a 20 x 45 saltwater pool, and regulation sand volleyball court and a regulation sized Pickleball Court, and a screened in porch great for relaxing.
Plenty of parking! Walking distance to Ponquogue bridge & beach, you can walk, bike or drive there.
Restaurants along dune road. A restaurant and a bar/club right down the road.
I have hired an advanced, trained COVID-19 cleaning company to clean and disinfect the property after each stay.

We had a family vacation with 19 people aged 3 to 90. My wife and I, and all kids, grandkids and 3 great grandkids. Outdoor pool was big, warm, and clean. Pickle Ball court was used and so was the volleyball court. Walking distance (about a mile) from a wonderful sandy ocean beach. The game room had a bunch of games including Pool, pinball, Hockey, Shuffle Board and several others. The TV theater was watched by the kiddies. I cannot recommend this huge house enough.

Damien's is as amazing as the house. Our stay was amazing and the house is beautiful. Would highly recommend.
