Stainless steel appliances, fully loaded kitchen, Keurig & regular coffee makers with coffee/creamers/sugar provided, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and all of the channels, easy Nest thermometer, and power reclining couches with USB ports.
Interaction with guests: We leave you alone to enjoy your vacation but we're available by text or phone call anytime of day.

The property is beautiful. The house is spotless. The owner has thought of everything needed in the kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The canal was not to my husband's liking because the sides were full of algae and weeds which made fishing from the dock pointless. Our favorite restaurant was Bella Pizza and Restaurant. Having a Walmart just a mile away was great. We were half an hour from relatives and visited back and forth often.

It’s the beautiful weather,the birds flying over the canal,the friendly boaters floating by,the beautiful home with 2 Florida rooms,the well equipped kitchen,and the access to all things Pinellas County That keep us coming back each year.
