We loved our stay! The unit was very updated and had a beautiful view of the beach. We loved being an end unit so we could quickly get down to the beach. The host has stocked the unit very well. We’d definitely stay there again.

Clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed. Secure and ample free parking. Good location with easy access (by car) to restaurants and sightseeing. Nice heated pool, well maintained. Easy walk to beautiful beach, although Beach is limited visible from condo due to natural dunes but you can still see the gorgeous sunrises!. The only reason we did not give five stars is because of the fact that the condo is on the 2nd floor right next to a door that leads outside to the side of the bldg. that door was zip tied open 24/7 with easy access. The bathtub/shower needs to be equipped with a grab bar and non-slip strips for older visitors. We did have a few small issues and Derek was very responsive and helpful. Overall, We enjoyed our week very much.

We have been staying at Anastasia Condos for about 15 years. There is no better location on the beach. We also have many years of condos to compare to. This one was just lovely. The decor was coastal without being kitschy beachy. The kitchen was well equipped with a Ninja blender and coffee maker. The master had amazing views with floor to ceiling windows that were covered in motorized blackout blinds. But the thing that was just the very best were the top quality mattresses on each of the beds. I’ve stayed in many properties that are really nice but the beds are just a huge disappointment. Not this one!!! And it was so appreciated! Highly recommend this property!
