The property is a modern 2-bedroom condo located in a beautiful suburban neighborhood in Conyers. The condo has high-speed internet, newly remodeled bathrooms, and new hardwood floors. Guests can expect a comfortable and luxurious stay whether it's a short or long-term rental.
Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. The entire unit is private and only for your use, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any interruptions.
Your keyless entry code will be sent to you before 3 PM on the day of your arrival, making check-in a breeze. With the code, you'll be able to easily enter the property and make yourself at home. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our team is always available to help.

Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor spaces available for residents and visitors, including the popular Olde Town Conyers Trail, where people can bike, jog, or walk, as well as the scenic Milstead Park, perfect for a relaxing day out.

Guests can easily get around the neighborhood on foot due to its highly walkable location. However, if guests prefer to use public transportation, there are several bus stops located within the vicinity of the property. Additionally, for those who prefer to drive, the property does have one designated parking space, but guests should be able to find street parking nearby.

It was wonderful I would come back

I was disappointed with the townhouse. The pictures of the down stairs were fairly accurate, but not the upstairs. The carpet was torn and stained and the walls need patching and a coat of pant. The kitchen had one cereal bowl and sparse utensils. I could over look all of this, but it was not clean.
There was pink stuff in both bath tubs and rings on the tables down stairs which made me uncomfortable.
It has the potential to be a great rental, it needs some work and a good cleaning.
