About this cottage rental
Located 7 miles from Georgia College and State University, and Georgia Military College, and 10 miles from Lake Sinclair, this old tenant house is 100 years old. We remolded and and modernized it, while keeping the original warm atmosphere. It sits 100 yards from the main house which was built in 1873,. The cottage has s a kitchenette with micro wave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, and sink and dishes and silverware. Two large bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double.. The large shower and designer bathroom sink are favorites. A sitting room adjacent to the kitchen area with television and DVD player, plus table for eating and games and a laptop. The front porch has a view of the main house, pastures and forest, Frequent beautiful sunrise and sunset and night sky . Plenty of parking in large pasture for boats or trailers. You will have privacy and yet not far away from hosts or downtown or Lake or River.

What a beautiful, cozy cottage/cabin! We enjoyed the recorded history of the home, as well as looking at every lovely furnishing and finish, which all melded into a comfortable, peaceful, relaxing stay! Our hosts were kind and attentive. The grounds were also beautiful and enticing with hiking trails and a lovely creek flowing through. It was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to another lovely stay at this amazing property soon!
