About this apartment rental

Electric bikes are available to rent nearby to avoid public transport.
A lovely bright double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. 15 square meters including bathroom. Newly renovated, it has a mini kitchenette, private en-suit bathroom with shower and its own private entrance, door bell and undercover porch.
It is situated in leafy, historic Hampstead, on a quiet residential street 2 minutes walk to the wild open space of the famous Hampstead Heath and the manicured Golders Hill Park, both have lovely cafes/restaurants.
The room is entirely private from the rest of the family house.
My check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. If I can, I will try to be flexible with these times if you ask.
The house is a 5 min walk to the Finchely Road, with a constant steam of buses to Finchely Road Tube Station (the Jubilee line and Metropolitan line) from here it is about a 10 minute ride into the centre of town. The buses also go straight into London's West End, central London. It is a 30 bus ride from my house to Oxford Street. The busses also go to the main line station of Finchely and Frognal which has overground trains that go all over London. My house is 15 - 20 mins walk from Hampstead tube station. This tube station is on the Northern line. It is a 15 min tube ride to Leicester Square. There is a very clear map provided on this site, where you can see all the tube stations. Laminated maps to local shops, cafes, bus stops/tube stations and so forth are provided by me in the room.
The mini kitchenette comprises of a toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The fridge is stocked with a few basics when you arrive.
There is free fast WiFi, 43 inch flat screen smart TV.
Well behaved pets are allowed for a small fee of £15 per night per pet - If you are staying longer than a week I can negotiate on the fee.
Clean towels, bed linen and dressing gowns are provided and can be changed if needed (for a fee). The room can be cleaned during your stay, with the sheets and towels changed (£40) and laundry done if needed. (£15 per load of laundry) Washed and dried, not ironed. I can lend an iron and board if needed.
The room has plenty of storage space. There is a heated electric towel rail in the shower room and underfloor heating in the bedroom and a fan in the summer. There is also a de-humidifyer to use after showering.
Shower gel and shampoo are provided. A hair drier is also provided in the cupboard over the bed. There are two folding chairs and desk with USB ports. There is a folding table to use on the covered outside porch, which is lovely in the warmer months.

This was the perfect hideout for some busy days in London with my dog. It's a quiet, and very elegant neighbourhood, just downhill from Hampstead Heath. I was welcomed warmly and Georgia was very discrete, communicative and made sure I felt free and at ease. The space is exactly as described, with more amenities than I had expected. It's flooded with natural daylight but can be made dark at night, had an excellent shower and very comfy bed. I'd love to return here, because intense Londen days need somewhere to retreat at night, and this was absolutely perfect. Recommended!

This was a great place to stay! The walk to the tube was about 22 minutes but it is a great neighborhood and we always felt very safe. The property was charming and everyone was wonderful! The amenities they had for us were above and beyond - we would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

My stay was so wonderful. It would be my first choice to stay in London again! From the quiet beautiful neighborhood to the warm shower and comfortable bed, Georgia thought of everything that someone could need. I never heard a peep from them and when I reached out with a couple questions about the area, they happily advised me.I love the surrounding area it is tree lined and stunning to walk around in. Super easy to get where you need to go, lots of options to travel! You will feel like a local and have a peaceful stay. I was so happy to review this place as it was a true gem.

For me, the vicinity to the Heath paired with some peace and quiet after a London day makes all the difference. Georgia is helpful with everything and the place is lovely and has anything one might need for an overnight stay.
