Welcome to La Maison Private Villa Santorini, a completely private 190 m² Cycladic retreat for up to 10 guests, located in peaceful Agia Paraskevi, near Monolithos.
The property combines a spacious three-bedroom main house with an attached open-plan studio, making it ideal for families, two families travelling together, multigenerational groups or friends who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy and personal space.
La Maison is close to the beach and within easy driving distance of Santorini’s main attractions, while remaining peacefully away from the island’s busiest and most heavily visited tourist areas. Guests can enjoy open surroundings, beautiful Aegean sunrises, partial sea, garden and vineyard views, and warm, personal hospitality.
Indoor living
The main house includes a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and one separate WC.
The sleeping arrangements in the main house are:
Bedroom 1: one king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m
Bedroom 2: one king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m
Bedroom 3: two single beds measuring 0.90 × 2.00 m each
The attached open-plan studio provides additional privacy within the same property. It accommodates up to four guests and includes two king-size beds measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m each, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony overlooking the garden.
Altogether, the villa offers four sleeping areas, six beds, two full bathrooms and one separate WC.
Starlink Wi-Fi provides fast and reliable internet access throughout the property. The villa also includes air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, cooking equipment and tableware.
A baby cot and high chair may be provided upon request.
Outdoor living
The large 50 m² private swimming pool with integrated underwater jets is at the heart of the La Maison experience. The pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the villa and is not heated.
The outdoor areas include sun loungers, umbrellas, furnished terraces, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ, landscaped gardens, olive trees, colourful plants and a small private chapel.
The property offers partial sea, garden and vineyard views, together with beautiful early-morning light and Aegean sunrises. La Maison does not offer a sunset or caldera view.
Public beach access is approximately 50 metres from the villa, allowing guests to enjoy an early-morning walk, a swim or a quiet moment beside the sea.
Secure parking for up to two vehicles is available inside the property, with additional free parking available outside the villa.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, the attached open-plan studio, the large private swimming pool, terraces, gardens, outdoor dining area, BBQ, private chapel and parking area.
There are no shared guest areas. The entire villa, pool and outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for the registered guests included in the reservation.
Hospitality and guest assistance
For us, hospitality means much more than simply providing accommodation. We want every guest to feel genuinely welcome, with the same warmth and personal care we would offer old friends visiting our home.
Our experience allows us to take a personal interest in every stay and help guests organise an unforgettable Santorini holiday. We are happy to provide trusted local recommendations, suggest places that match each guest’s interests and assist with transportation, restaurants and island activities.
Upon request, we can assist with private airport or port transfers, car rental, catamaran sailing excursions, private yacht cruises, island tours, flying-dress photography, horse-riding experiences, restaurant reservations, private dining with a chef and massage treatments by the pool.
A rental car can be delivered directly to the villa, with the necessary paperwork prepared in advance. This helps guests avoid queues and unnecessary waiting at the airport or rental office.
All optional services and experiences are subject to availability and additional charges.

La Maison Private Villa Santorini is located in Agia Paraskevi, near Monolithos, in a peaceful coastal area surrounded by traditional Santorini vineyards and the open Aegean landscape.
The villa is away from the crowds and traffic of the island’s busiest tourist villages while remaining close to the beach and within convenient driving distance of Fira, Kamari and many of Santorini’s must-see places.
Santorini Airport is conveniently close, making arrivals and departures easier. Despite its proximity, the property maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and airport noise has not been a concern for our guests.

Fira: 7 km

Although Santorini is a relatively small island, renting a car is the easiest and most convenient way to explore its beaches, villages, restaurants, wineries and main attractions.
A rental car can be delivered directly to the villa, and the paperwork can be prepared in advance, helping guests avoid queues and unnecessary waiting after arrival.
Private airport and port transfers can also be arranged upon request. Guests are welcome to share their flight or ferry details before arrival so that we can recommend and organise the most suitable transportation option.
Important information
The swimming pool is completely private and is not heated. Its underwater jets are integrated into the swimming pool; there is no separate hot tub.
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.

The villa lived up to all of our high expectations.
The place was beautiful and clean with a fantastic pool. The separate bed room off the main section provided ample room for two families of 4 (8 total) to spread out. I worked with Amalia who manages the property and she was excellent with timely communication and attention and was knowledgeable about the area. She made the check-in seamless. Only minor downside is that the immediate area isn’t built up for tourists. However there’s a great local restaurant on the beach within walking distance and you can easily get transfers to Kamari, Oia or wherever you wish to visit.
