About this house rental
Coquette newly built house, 50 meters approximately. a bedroom. living room kitchen. bathroom with shower large terrace with furniture and barbecue. private pool near connection with north and south zone. A bed of 0. 90 x, 190 meters can be located in a room for a child up to 16 years, on request. Baby crib also available.
Several supermarkets nearby. non-tourist area but with good connections.
the pool has a jacuzzi area.
the bedroom has a bed of 1. 50 x 1. 90 meters.
The plot where the property is located measures approximately 900 m2, in the lower part of the plot there is a small house where I LIVE. the houses are independent of each other, we will only share the access door to the plot, the pool and everything else that you see in the photos will be of exclusive use for this house.
in the terrace and pool area you can hear some noise from the car traffic, but it does not prevent you from being able to relax
my husband, my son and I live in the lower part of the plot. We are all day away from home, working, so we will not be inconvenient for the guests. If at any time the guests need something, we are always willing to help.

Lovely and well equipped holiday home - perfect for a couple. Our hosts were super nice and always available to help with any little issues. Located in a non-tourist area with shops nearby and quick access to the TF-1 motorway. Good location to get around the island and for trips to the north-east. A car is required though. Small resort towns of Punta Larga and Candelaria with nice restaurants are a 10 minutes easy drive away. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Belle maison, bien entretenue, très propre. Hôtes sympathiques et prêt à répondre à toute vos questions, joignable facilement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans cette maison et le coin piscine jacuzzi est un plus. Seul petit inconvénients, loin des centres touristiques et plages. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de faire des trajets en voiture. Mais pour le prix, c'est une vraie occasion en or
