Three of four bedrooms and the family room boast large oceanfront decks with unparalleled views. You will enjoy a private walkway to the beach, outdoor shower, beach chairs, porch swing, and rocking chairs. What really sets this house apart are the many spacious porches, including one overlooking the quiet Seaside Drive for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and a book. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier View! The location is perfect, as is the layout of the house. Ralph was great to work with. I had a few concerns on arrival, but he took care of them immediately! We hope to stay at Pier View again next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

This house suited us beautifully. If you don’t mind oldish furnishings and appliances, this house is fantastic. Very clean, and of course the location is spectacular.

Perfect location! The house is right on the beach and is in easy walking distance to several restaurants in Surfside. Easy drive to Murrells Inlet and Georgetown.
