About this house rental
Great rates, less expensive than a hotel, and you have a whole lot of space to enjoy your time in The Villages.
Our home was built in 2015. Its excellent location is a very short walk to the Dunedin Pool and a short ride to Manatee Rec Center and Brownwood Square where you can enjoy great dining, shopping and nightly entertainment. At the Manatee Recreation Center you will find a family pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and so much more!
Our Jasmine model home is ready for you to enjoy. The amenities include:
- Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table for 4, can seat up to 6 with leaf.
- Dining table with additional seating for 4, can seat up to 8 with leaf.
- Master bedroom includes king size bed, walk-in closet, and a 40" TV.
- Master bath has double sinks, linen closet, and walk-in roman style tiled shower.
- Guest bedroom is complete with queen bed, dresser, night stands and a 32" TV.
- 3rd bedroom is set with two twin beds, a dresser and a 32" TV.
- Inside laundry has a new efficient Maytag washer & dryer, large closet and sink.
- Living room is open with comfortable seating, a 55" TV
- Lanai is enclosed and climate controlled with table and 4 chairs
- Bed linens, blankets, and towels are supplied for your convenience.
Gas golf cart.
All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service and internet are included.
Temporary resident ID's are not included, the cost is $50.00 payable to The Villages when you arrive. Guest passes are free.
Owner will provide potential guests with a quote outlining all expenses as well as the lease agreement. The lease agreement is to be printed, signed and returned to owner. Pricing given is for 2 adults. Only those listed on the lease may stay at the home. All guest require prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Approved guests staying with monthly tenants for more than one week will result in an additional charge of $100 per week. As a reminder, our home is smoke and pet free.
Rental policy:
Half of rental price (non-refundable if unit cannot be re-rented), $125.00 cleaning fee and a $750.00 ($350 for weekly rentals) refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance of rental price due 60 days (30 days for weekly rental) prior to occupancy.
Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to stay (May - November); 120 days for (December - April) otherwise refund only if unit is re-rented on equal terms.
Security deposit returned within 14 days of departure.
Rentals will be assessed a 7% Florida Sales Tax.
Monthly Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.
Check-in 3:00pm; Check-out 10:00am
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

The house is roomy, comfortable, and well equipped including consumables. King bed was very comfortable. Neighborhood pool is a very short walk, and even has bocce and shuffleboard courts. Golf cart was great though we surprisingly didn’t use it that much. All in all a great property. Recommended.

A very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is a 3 minute walk, and many activities and shopping a short drive.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights. We loved the location and the house!
Everything we needed was supplied by the owner down to the beach towels.
The furniture is really nice and it's a spotless unit.
The golf cart was in great shape and we used it every day. We met some of the neighbors and they were really nice. The community pool is within 200 feet. Golf is great and a short drive to 3 Championship courses.
Brownwood square was reasonably close also.
We will definitely return to stay at this home!
