The apartment is comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom. The bed was great, good mattress and nice pillows.
Street noise was noticeable at times (typical for a street-facing place), so light sleepers may want earplugs. There’s only one washing machine for the building and it was often occupied, plus you need to buy tokens (“fichas”) at a kiosk outside. I also noticed a few dead cockroaches during my stay
