Relax in this spacious, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, three-bedroom, two-bath home. Sleeps up to eight comfortably. Whether you need a place for family vacation, romantic getaway, business meeting/retreat, relocating to Las Vegas, a winter or summer getaway, military assignment, there is plenty of room for you to stretch out and unwind. This House has custom paint, high ceilings, and open floor plan. Master bedroom has KING BED. Ceiling fans in every room. Recessed dimmable lighting throughout. We are a great location for our servicemen who get temporarily assigned to CREECH AIR FORCE BASE -- only 35 miles traffic-free drive North on Highway 95 (See Map (F)); or NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE -- only 10 miles to the East (See Map (G)). Also only 12 miles from Red Rock Natural Reserve area to the west and 18 miles to Valley of Fire to the northeast.

All beds have new mattresses and featherbed mattress covers for a cozy and comfortable rest. Master bedroom has KING BED with private access to hot tub and separate tub and shower. House has split floor plan, putting the Master Bedroom on the East side of the house separate from the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms, which are on the West side. Second bedroom has QUEEN BED. Third bedroom has 2 TWIN BEDS ideal for children or adults. Second bathroom accommodates bedrooms on the West side.
If you love to GOLF, Los Prados Golf Course and Painted Desert are just around the corner. If you are the outdoors type and enjoy hiking and sightseeing, we are only 20 minutes to RED ROCK CANYON. Only 15 minutes from LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY. Very close to EDC venue. This home is also near MT. CHARLESTON for the skiing enthusiasts or snow/nature lovers.
Near many local casinos like the Santa Fe, Sun Coast, Cannery with movie theaters, bowling alleys, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Then, of course, there is the Strip! We are only 20 minutes away from the FABULOUS LAS VEGAS STRIP.
Relax and unwind in the cozy family room with 52-inch Flat Screen HDTV, DVD player and butter soft leather sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman. Cable TV also in each bedroom, VCR in master. We have a beautiful 8 FOOT OAK POOL TABLE and Pool Table Light in the large game room. We also have a lovely backyard with patio and lots of trees where you can barbecue or RELAX in the NEW 6-SEATER JACUZZI and watch the stars at night.
Our house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in each and plenty of towels for your use. We also have HIGH-SPEED WI-FI CABLE CONNECTION (bring your laptop.)
This home is ideally located in the northwest part of town near the mountains where it is peaceful and quiet and great views and near golf courses and Mt. Charleston, Lee Canyon is only 20 minutes away for hiking and skiing. Also nearby is Centennial Center with over 50 stores and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Target, Baja Fresh, Red Robins, IHOP, Chili's and many more). There are also numerous stores right in the neighborhood (Albertsons, Smith's, Fresh & Easy, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Panda Express, Carl's Jr., McDonald's)
This house is moderately priced because we are a little farther out, but still close enough to everything to have lots of fun or just unwind and relax.

The home was beautifully decorated and was very well supplied with products and utensils. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The backyard and jacuzzi area was so calm and peaceful it was a pleasure to sit outside. TV was very easy to use and we enjoyed some baseball games. Beds very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers and will rent again next time we get to Las Vegas!

This property was amazing with multiple touches that created a warm welcome. Every need was anticipated and care was made to provide an enjoyable stay. That said, I found the questionnaire provided 72 hours before our arrival disturbing. The names, genders and ages of all guests were required. That struck me as intrusive and possibly profiling. In my more than 2 decades of using vacation rental, I have never seen this sort of thing before.Also, due to a poor paint job on the driveway, guests are not to park in the driveway. Given the limited parking on this cul-de-sac, this caused issues. Despite these issues, I would be likely to stay there again. It truly is a fine property at a good overall value.

The place was nice and served our purposes. We just used it as a base for all the activities in the area. It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the dog in the neighbors back yard barked late into the night and when out enjoying the hot tub it barked a lot too.

Fully equipped kitchen, including complimentary snacks, wow! Very clean (no sign that it was a pet friendly property). Well apportioned throughout. Really loved the pool table. Thanks and we will be back!
