They cancelled my additional booking which I had made with them telephonically without checking with me even though they had my number and I had told them upfront that I would arrive on an evening flight. They did not even ask for payment to secure the room, I was told that I could pay when I checked it. It was only when we got there that we learnt that we had no accommodation and had to find another in the middle of the night, only to return the following day.

Almost everything was good.
I kept stepping on the door stop in Room 19 and the shower design was a bit annoying with the revolving door and it would knock on the door when trying to open. There was also 1 channel on the TV and no way to watch anything else. The remote seemed like it was for a different TV.
